Bag Samples Shipped! Pics and Changes!

Hey guys!

I'm happy to announce that bag samples have finally been shipped to me! I should hopefully be receiving them this upcoming week depending on tracker estimate. I'm super excited based on the sample images, but also have some changes I'm making to the bags. Here's some images and changes:

The biggest change is that the front pocket will be opening up from the side instead of from the top. My manufacturer and I discussed this and they suggested making this change as it would hide the seams that are otherwise visible as well as properly cover up the pocket with the interior material.  Overall I think it makes everything look cleaner.  

Below is new opening vs. old opening!

Additional changes include:

1. Lightening the yellow on Magical. The sample in the picture shows the old yellow, but the bag being shipped to me has the new yellow which I will post once I receive it.

2. The Late Night's main color on the first sample is like a wine color, which is nice, but ultimately  not the color I wanted to go with. I'm testing out a new color that's being shipped to me which should hopefully look closer to my image.

If this color doesn't work out, I will switch to black [see B&W bag color]

AS FOR THE INSERTS AND WALLETS:

The samples are still in the works and will be shipped out separately. I'm having some design issues regarding the wallet shape, so I will update you guys once I have a finalized sample from the manufacturer.

Small Delay + Charging Cards Now! + Unanswered Surveys

Hi guys!

Thank you so much for your patience. On the 20th which was the date for card charging, I received an email from Backerkit regarding some issues with incorrect shipping fees for a small section of backers and we've been working on getting those resolved before locking orders and charging cards.

Luckily, most have been resolved so we will be locking orders now and charging cards today.

This will help in getting a final count for items that need to be ordered!

PLEASE NOTE: There's still about 50 backers who haven't answered their surveys! Please make sure to fill out your survey so we can have an accurate count for orders, thank you! <3

Charging Credit Cards on 1/20! + Survey Reminder

Hi guys!

I just wanted to let you guys know that I'll be charging the credit cards for Backerkit surveys tomorrow!

For those that paid with paypal, you're fine and your money was already collected. This is only for people who completed the survey and put in debit/credit cards.

Also, about 90% of the surveys have been filled out, so please make sure to complete yours if you haven't already! Thank youuuuu <3
